No e\u0161te predt\u00fdm, ako n\u00e1m rok 2022 odhal\u00ed nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy a z\u00e1\u017eitky, rozhodli sme sa v\u00e1m stru\u010dne zhrn\u00fa\u0165 to, s \u010d\u00edm v\u0161etk\u00fdm sa na\u0161a re\u0161taur\u00e1cia Hajcer stretla v roku 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 momenty nebolo v\u00f4bec jednoduch\u00e9 zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165, ale aj cez v\u0161etok chaos sp\u00f4soben\u00fd pand\u00e9miou sme nenechali hlavy v sm\u00fatku. Na\u0161ou snahou bolo neust\u00e1le vym\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 nov\u00e9 n\u00e1pady, z ktor\u00fdch do praxe sme premenili aspo\u0148 niektor\u00e9. Tr\u00fachlenie by n\u00e1m toti\u017eto len \u0165a\u017eko pomohlo a aj v\u010faka tvrd\u00e9mu \u00fasiliu si m\u00f4\u017eete kedyko\u013evek vychutna\u0165 <strong>r\u00f4zne \u0161peciality in\u0161pirovan\u00e9 talianskou kuchy\u0148ou a americk\u00fdm streetfoodom<\/strong>. Nevyhli sme sa ani interi\u00e9rov\u00fdm zmen\u00e1m, pri\u0161lo na vylep\u0161enia a v menu taktie\u017e pribudlo nieko\u013eko chutn\u00fdch noviniek. Bolo toho samozrejme viac a \u010do v\u0161etko sa n\u00e1m priplietlo pod nohy po\u010das minul\u00e9ho roka si m\u00f4\u017eete pre\u010d\u00edta\u0165 v dne\u0161nom \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n<h4>V roku 2021 n\u00e1s \u010dakalo ve\u013ea d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdch zmien<\/h4>\n<p>V \u010dase, kedy \u00faradovala pand\u00e9mia, n\u00e1m \u017eivot poskytol dlh\u00e9 mesiace na prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eanie.<strong> \u010co je potrebn\u00e9 zmeni\u0165, aby ste sa u n\u00e1s c\u00edtili e\u0161te lep\u0161ie?<\/strong> Ot\u00e1zok bolo ve\u013ea, priestoru na\u0161\u0165astie e\u0161te viac, a tak sme sa rozhodli zrealizova\u0165 niektor\u00e9 z na\u0161ich v\u00edzi\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 u\u017e nieko\u013eko mesiacov perfektne dotv\u00e1raj\u00fa na\u0161e pracovn\u00e9 prostredie.<\/p>\n<p>V \u00favode minul\u00e9ho roku sme sa podrobnej\u0161ie pozreli do na\u0161ej kuchyne, ktor\u00e1 si vy\u017eadovala vylep\u0161enia. Vynovenie a roz\u0161\u00edrenie bolo nevyhnutnos\u0165ou, preto\u017ee s pr\u00edchodom nov\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov by nebolo re\u00e1lne to pri dan\u00fdch kapacit\u00e1ch zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165. Teraz u\u017e dok\u00e1\u017eeme pripravova\u0165 nieko\u013eko burgrov a p\u00edzz s\u00fa\u010dasne, v\u010faka \u010domu vybav\u00edme ove\u013ea viac objedn\u00e1vok v krat\u0161om \u010dase.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">Estetika v stredomorskom \u0161t\u00fdle<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Aby ste sa u n\u00e1s nec\u00edtili ako len v oby\u010dajnej re\u0161taur\u00e1cii, rozhodli sme sa taktie\u017e prida\u0165<strong> nov\u00e9 estetick\u00e9 prvky pre doladenie atmosf\u00e9ry<\/strong>.
