Kvalitn\u00e9 talianske suroviny tvoria z\u00e1klad na\u0161ich jed\u00e1l, ale postupom \u010dasu sme pochopili jeden podstatn\u00fd fakt. O\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e1 spokojnos\u0165 nemus\u00ed sta\u010di\u0165 len serv\u00edrovan\u00edm kvalitn\u00e9ho jedla. Uvedomili sme si, \u017ee re\u0161taur\u00e1cia <strong>Hajcer<\/strong> by nemala zaost\u00e1va\u0165 ani pri pr\u00edprave k\u00e1vy, s ktorou n\u00e1s lep\u0161ie zozn\u00e1mila miestna remeseln\u00e1 pra\u017eiare\u0148 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.readyafter.sk\/\"><strong>Ready After Coffee<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Vz\u00e1jomn\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ca za\u010dala v roku 2019, kedy n\u00e1s oslovili s v\u00fdnimo\u010dnou ponukou a my sme nemohli odmietnu\u0165. O pra\u017eiarni Ready After Coffee sme u\u017e v tom \u010dase ve\u013ea po\u010duli a pozit\u00edvne recenzie na ich k\u00e1vu sa doniesli a\u017e k n\u00e1m. Videli sme k\u00e1vov\u00e9 zrn\u00e1 v surovom stave, podrobne sme si pre\u0161li proces pra\u017eenia a nau\u010dili n\u00e1s ve\u013ea in\u00fdch zauj\u00edmavost\u00ed. Dok\u00e1zali n\u00e1s presved\u010di\u0165, \u017ee k\u00e1va predsa len nebude oby\u010dajn\u00fdm n\u00e1pojom a pri jeho pr\u00edprave je v\u017edy potrebn\u00e9 zachova\u0165 v\u0161etky parametre. K tomu sa v\u0161ak e\u0161te len dostaneme a nau\u010d\u00edme v\u00e1s, \u017ee pri pra\u017een\u00ed k\u00e1vy treba v\u017edy dodr\u017ea\u0165 prec\u00edznos\u0165. Ka\u017ed\u00fd druh k\u00e1vy potrebuje in\u00fa teplotu a in\u00fa d\u013a\u017eku pra\u017eenia. Zistili sme, \u017ee pra\u017ei\u010d pri ka\u017edej k\u00e1ve najsk\u00f4r upra\u017e\u00ed mal\u00e9 mno\u017estvo v malej pra\u017ei\u010dke z \u010doho v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou vznikn\u00fa tri vzorky \u2013 light city roast, city plus roast a full city roast.<\/p>\n<p>Tieto k\u00e1vy sa spolo\u010dne s ostatn\u00fdmi v pra\u017eiarni degustuj\u00fa. Degust\u00e1cia m\u00e1 na starosti rozobra\u0165 chute v\u0161etk\u00fdch vzoriek a vyberieme t\u00fa najlep\u0161iu, ku ktorej sa \u010falej vym\u00fd\u0161\u013eaj\u00fa nov\u00e9 \u0161pecifik\u00e1cie. Pod\u013ea toho sa nasledovne pra\u017e\u00ed v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed po\u010det k\u00e1vy a \u00falohou pra\u017ei\u010da je n\u00e1js\u0165 pre k\u00e1vu ten najlep\u0161\u00ed a najchutnej\u0161\u00ed profil. <strong>Profilovanie k\u00e1vy si v\u0161ak vy\u017eaduje dlhoro\u010dn\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 mi v re\u0161taur\u00e1cii Hajcer nem\u00e1me a preto tento proces nech\u00e1vame na na\u0161ich pra\u017ei\u010doch z Ready After Coffee.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u010co sme sa nau\u010dili? Prv\u00e9 praskanie sme po\u010duli po 9 min\u00fatach a znamenalo to, \u017ee zrno sa vidite\u013ene zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161uje. A\u017e sa n\u00e1m kone\u010dne podarilo n\u00e1js\u0165 tak\u00fa k\u00e1vu, ktorej sme ostali vern\u00ed do dne\u0161n\u00fdch dn\u00ed. No e\u0161te predt\u00fdm, ako sa na\u0161e espresso za\u010dalo pripravova\u0165 z k\u00e1vy <strong>Cuba Serrano Lavado<\/strong>, v na\u0161om stroji sme sk\u00fasili aj in\u00e9 vzorky.<\/p>\n<p>Prv\u00fdm pokusom bola k\u00e1va <a href=\"https:\/\/www.readyafter.sk\/product\/mexico-las-chicharras\/\"><strong>M<\/strong><strong>exico Las Chicharras<\/strong><\/a>, ktor\u00fa sprev\u00e1dza horkej\u0161ia chu\u0165 s jemnou aciditou v pozad\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 jedno espresso pripraven\u00e9 z tejto k\u00e1vy malo kr\u00e1snu kr\u00e9mu. Chu\u0165ov\u00fd profil pozost\u00e1val z lieskov\u00fdch orie\u0161kov a na jazyku v\u017edy zanechala pr\u00edjemn\u00fa dochu\u0165. Op\u00e4\u0165 sme dali prednos\u0165 horkej k\u00e1ve, ale tentokr\u00e1t bez zn\u00e1mok acidity a ovocn\u00fdch t\u00f3nov.<\/p>\n<p>No ako sme nap\u00edsali vy\u0161\u0161ie, na\u0161om favoritom je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.readyafter.sk\/product\/cuba-serrano\/\"><strong>Cuba Serrano Lavado<\/strong><\/a>, ktor\u00e1 sa m\u00f4\u017ee p\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 aj <strong>1 hviezdou z prest\u00ed\u017enej s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee Great Taste Awards 2019<\/strong>, kde si t\u00e1to v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e1 k\u00e1va od Ready After Coffee odniesla skvel\u00e9 recenzie. Nemo\u017eno sa tomu \u010dudova\u0165, preto\u017ee je skuto\u010dne lahodn\u00e1 a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch smeroch. Ide\u00e1lna pri pr\u00edprave espressa s chu\u0165ov\u00fdm profilom <strong>tabaku<\/strong>, <strong>orie\u0161kov<\/strong> a<strong> karamelu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Letn\u00e1 sez\u00f3na sa niesla v znamen\u00ed skvel\u00fdch k\u00e1vov\u00fdch n\u00e1pojov a limon\u00e1d<\/h4>\n<p>Zmena pri\u0161la aj v roku 2021. S pr\u00edchodom jari n\u00e1s Simon a Sl\u00e1vo obozn\u00e1mili s \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi nov\u00fdmi trendami. Vypo\u010duli sme si ich verziu, nechali im priestor k zau\u010deniu na\u0161ich \u010da\u0161n\u00edkov a do n\u00e1pojov\u00e9ho l\u00edstku tak pribudlo hne\u010f nieko\u013eko svie\u017eich noviniek.<\/p>\n<p>Nech\u00fdbali samozrejme r\u00f4zne limon\u00e1dy \u010di mie\u0161an\u00e9 drinky. \u0160pecialitou sa v\u0161ak bezpochyby stali <strong>4 k\u00e1vov\u00e9 n\u00e1poje.<\/strong> <strong>Espresso Tonic<\/strong> je trochu hork\u00fd a trochu sladk\u00fd. To ist\u00e9 plat\u00ed aj o tonicu, ktor\u00fd v kombin\u00e1cii s k\u00e1vou vyv\u00e1\u017ei v\u0161etky chute. Druh\u00fdm n\u00e1pojom je <strong>Cold brew nitro<\/strong>, pri ktorom k\u00e1vu\u00a0extrahujeme za studena 24 hod\u00edn. Ide o naozaj svie\u017ei letn\u00fd n\u00e1poj s ovocnou chu\u0165ou bez typickej horkosti.<\/p>\n<p>Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou poch\u00fa\u0165kou na zozname je k\u00e1vov\u00fd n\u00e1poj <strong>Affogato<\/strong> pripom\u00ednaj\u00faci lahodn\u00fd dezert. Do k\u00e1vy prid\u00e1vame kop\u010dek zmrzliny, ktor\u00fd v spojitosti s espressom dod\u00e1va cel\u00e9mu drinku nezabudnute\u013en\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitok.
